This series first got its start back in 1998 as Need For Speed III: Hot Pursuit and it found a sequel in 2002. The Need For Speed franchise has been around for decades and one of the more iconic hits from the franchise was Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit. Essentially, the more wanted you to become wanted, the harder it is to evade law enforcement. As you progressively create more mayhem, the higher your wanted level becomes. It’s a game setup like Grand Theft Auto, where you have a wanted system. You can cause nonstop mayhem, send off missiles throughout the city, steal cars, barrel down the roads and make yourself known to the authorities to partake in a police chase. However, when you’re not actively going through the game’s campaign, there is quite a bit of freedom here. Just like the previous games, there’s quite a bit of hacking and using different gadgets to get your job done. Set within London, players follow Dedsec trying to clear its name from a series of terrorist bombings. Watch Dogs Legion is the latest installment to the franchise at the time of writing this description. So you can expect police cruisers are showing up and barreling down the roads following your every move. I’m sure you’ve played a Grand Theft Auto game before. Depending on how many crimes you commit will determine how aggressive the police will be. Crime is the main focus with these games, and all three of the titles included plenty of cop chases.
